- Equipment management and allocation: Purchase and allocate equipment to ensure equipment is installed and set up before handover.
- Monitor and update the list of technology equipment in the company.
- Timekeeping machine management and coordination with HR: Coordinate with HR department in management, maintenance and troubleshooting related issues.
- Support events and workshops: Coordinate with departments, provide technical support for events and workshops. Ensure network, sound and image systems work well.
- Network management and maintenance: Monitor and maintain the company's internal network and Wi-Fi systems. Manage network devices such as routers, switches, access points and related devices.
- Hardware and software support: Install and maintain computers, printers and office equipment, handle hardware and software related problems.
- Update and manage email accounts, ERP systems, Google Workspace.
- Secure and manage IT resources, periodically check and update network security. Back up and restore data when necessary.
- Install surveillance cameras when required.
- Work assigned by direct superior.
