1. Customer care & Incident handling:
- Call overdue orders sent to the cabinet to remind customers to pick them up
- Receive calls to Hotline, messages from channels and support customers
- Take notes of problems customers encounter when using the service, and then propose solutions to the team.
- Troubleshooting
2. Coordinate work with other teams:
- Contact teams to work and handle arising issues (Web App Team, Technical Team, IT Team, Marketing Team...)
- Record incidents, propose ideas for system improvement
- Prepare files & print minutes
- Prepare necessary work items as required
3. Perform office work:
- Print documents, send paper files, sign, ...
- Book meeting room, prepare related content
