Job details
• During working time: Make sure to solve tasks well and ensure the technical system is always in the best operating state
• Update and complete fire protection records according to law regulations. Ensure building safety in accordance with legal regulations
• Implement measures to protect the Environment
  
• Urge the house to be repaired according to regulations to ensure the rights of residents
• Ensure labor safety, fire prevention, technical plans, and environmental sanitation when constructing in the building
• Plan the tasks to be performed, and resolve priority tasks first
  
• Assign work to employees working in teams, prioritize customer area breakdown issues and maintenance tasks
• Monitor the operation of the Building's systems, detect system abnormalities, and plan repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor the quality of assigned work to employees, ensuring they comply with set requirements.
  
• Record as daily monitoring report, plan for energy saving.
• Monitor the quality of employee work completion, synthesize comments, evaluate and create training plans
• Prevent system risks, ensure fire safety and property loss.
  
• Control supplies and tools of the technical department.
• Inventory and compare exported materials and returned damaged materials.
• Plan to purchase backup supplies.
  
• Save all files on repair and maintenance of technical systems.
• Synthesize broken reports and replacement materials to make daily, weekly, and monthly reports
