Manage website support.
Manage Bitrix24 deployment team.
o Development of projects related to Bitrix: Workflows.
o Developing features on Selfhosted version.
o Build a deployment team when the sales team has closed the customer.
Manage Bitrix24 support team.
o Customer Satisfaction Guarantee for Answers
o Answer and provide solutions to questions from customers
o Build customer support process
o Set standards: How to receive the phone, how to make a call, how to write an email, response time

 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF TECHNOLOGY
o Knowledge of software system, programming language php, Server, Domain, Mail server,
