Search and determine the English learning needs of students, students and individual students of agencies, companies, schools....
* Actively seek and build a customer base through all online and offline channels, combined with the Company's marketing activities
* Systematically set up and track customer data
* Introduce and advise students or customers on training programs and classes suitable for students' qualifications
* Customer care during the whole process of consulting and introducing products: understanding needs, providing complete and up-to-date information
* Support enrollment registration and class arrangement for students according to the schedule
* Receive requests and feedback from students and support students in the process of studying and consulting at the Company
* Take good care of students and develop their needs with further programs, more advanced and/or missing skills.
* Research, capture and update fully and accurately about the Company's products.
* Coordinate to learn and provide the marketing department with information about the market, needs, feedback of customers, competitors in a constructive spirit.
* Fully grasp the service processes provided to the Company's customers.
