JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Understanding online marketing, choosing the type to use to reach each customer. Capture and update emerging trends in the market.
2. Provide marketing plan orientations including: Online Media Planning (Viral campaign, online media campaign, social marketing campaign, banner ads, microsite idea...) and Online CRM Marketing (Email/ SMS Marketing, Database Development strategy, ...)
3. Responsible for building and orienting the brand for the product
4. Responsible for creating, managing and developing marketing activities on website, microsite, facebook, forum, social sites...
5. Propose, orient and implement appropriate product development for each stage.
6. Create, plan and manage direct marketing campaigns, analyze results to enhance current and future campaigns.
7. Research customer behavior, online media and environment to provide regular insights and effective strategic advice to the Board of Directors.
8. Establish internal and external processes of online communication through tools such as newsletters, community/customer relationships programs.
9. Conceptualize and implement online advertising programs, online events, offline events and social media campaigns.
10. Building and developing the staff of the marketing department
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing in the field of online communication; especially prioritizing marketing positions for electronic newspapers, electronic information sites, e-commerce websites...
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
3. Knowledge and experience in branding
4. Graduated from university or higher with majors in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, external economics…
5. English: Basic
6. Other soft skills: teamwork, management, planning…; agile and sociable behavior in a young and dynamic company environment; withstand work pressure.
7. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in developing B2C and C2C e-commerce trading platforms.
8. Good professional skills in online marketing, especially in-depth understanding of SEO & SEM
