• Product development orientation, product idea development, market research, analysis, evaluation and proposal of product ideas to implement in accordance with the Company's strategic orientation.
• Product Roadmap Planning: Develop and manage the product roadmap to ensure that features and enhancements are deployed on time and in accordance with strategy.
• Manage and coordinate the entire product life cycle
• Improve Current Products: Evaluate and improve current products to ensure they continue to meet customer needs and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Collect Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from customers to ensure that the product meets and exceeds their expectations.
• UX Testing and Improvement: Conduct user testing and continuous improvement based on feedback and data analysis
• Budget Planning: Manage product development budgets, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and within budget
• Return on Investment (ROI) Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of investments in new products to ensure they deliver the best value to the company.
• Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train and develop product teams to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
Candidate requirements
- University degree in Economics/IT/Finance/Business Administration or related majors
- Proficient in office software and project management software
- English proficiency meets job requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience, of which 3 years are related to Product Development, 1 year in the position of PO team manager. Have general knowledge and understanding of product development implementation, including basic and detailed concepts of the product development process in a specific field/area, understand the market, business model of previously developed products.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage product projects from start to finish, including planning, communicating with different departments, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring that project goals are achieved.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and drive product team performance, including shaping product strategy, distributing work, and training and developing staff.
- Knowledge of marketing and product development: Understanding of marketing and product development methods, including market research, competitive analysis, and marketing strategy development.

- Salary: Upto 2500 USD/month ++;
- Working regime: Balance between work and life, off on Saturday and Sunday. Overtime pay is calculated at 150%, 200%, 300% according to the provisions of the Labor Law;
