- Identify and identify potential customers.
- Advise and introduce the company's products to customers.
- Monitor and supervise the contract execution process to ensure it meets requirements and deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for receiving information and coordinating with the Accounting and Service Department to resolve issues related to contract content.
- Deliver the vehicle to the customer after all procedures have been completed.
- Regularly call customers to check on their vehicle's performance and address any potential issues before they become serious.
- Search for new customers, expand the customer database. Manage customer profiles and implement customer care plans.
2. Candidate requirements
- Male and female candidates with good communication skills.
- Ages 24-32.
- Graduated from university or college with a major in economics, business administration, marketing, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade others.
- Experience as a sales representative or customer service representative is an advantage.
- Capable of working independently, knowledgeable and proficient in online marketing.
