Job Description

• Game idea and script design
• Design and develop user interface (UI/UX) in games.
• Build and analyze the level system, ensure game balance to create the best experience for players.
• Design gameplay, core loop, game system and other in-game systems including economy and monetization.
• Coordinate with Dev/Art/Animation/VFX/MKT teams... to complete features and complete Game products.
• Analyze game data to evaluate performance and recommend optimization solutions.
• Research market and player trends to propose new game ideas.

Candidate requirements

• Passion for making and playing games
• Good thinking skills, creativity and logical ability.
• Have good skills in searching, processing and synthesizing information.
• Understanding of the Mobile Game market, deep understanding of the Shooting Game genre is an advantage.
• Have participated in developing Game projects.
