VCRE is looking for an IT Application with in-depth experience in the Real Estate industry to support operations and support users in processes/businesses, handling arising software needs such as: CRM, ERP, Eoffice, ....
The successful candidate should have honed skills, proven professional experience and detailed knowledge relating to industry best practices.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION/ JOB DESCRIPTION

• Operating operations and systems, applying CRM, ERP, Eoffice, and automatic switchboard technologies. Ensure compliance with operational procedures/regulations on information system administration/policies to ensure the system operates smoothly, stably, and safely.
• Track, monitor and warn, fix system errors.
• Participate in testing, updating and upgrading systems and applications in the Live/Production environment.
• Handle transaction complaints, extract data and process requests related to departmental operations.
• Consulting and participating in projects on digital transformation development at the Company.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS/ REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree/Certificate:

• Graduated from College or higher majoring in information technology or equivalent.
• English: Able to read and understand specialized documents fluently.
• Priority is given to certificates in system administration and database administration.

2. Knowledge/Professional experience:

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in implementing and operating software systems such as TWIN, BRAVO, Dynamic 365, Powerapp, BI,... technologies or equivalent fields.
• Knowledge of network platforms, workstation/server operating systems Windows, Linux or AIX.
• Understand and proficiently use data extraction tools.
