- Set up schedule and test system data backups.
- Solve problems, develop systems, fix system errors (debug), contact suppliers.

- Install hardware, install software for computer network systems and office equipment.
- Support troubleshooting computers, LAN connections and office equipment.
- Support deployment of hardware installation, software installation of Camera system, access control system.
- Maintain computer systems, computer networks and office equipment.
- Other tasks as requested by the Head of Department

- Experienced in installing and handling errors on operating systems: Windows, Office, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Microsoft 365 and other basic applications.

- Experienced in installing LAN and Wifi systems.

- Having MCSA or CCNA certification is an advantage.
