Job Description
1. User Support:
- Receive and resolve technical support requests from end users via channels: email, phone, remote.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues involving software, internal applications, and devices.
- Assists with the installation, configuration, and upgrade of end-user work-related software, applications, and systems.
- Instruct end users on how to use applications, software and resolve issues that arise o Suggest process improvements and update user manuals, troubleshoot applications.
- Track, report recurring issues and coordinate with development team to fix.
- Instruct users on how to use IT applications and equipment.
2. Troubleshooting:
- Analyze and diagnose system problems and resolve.
3. Equipment Management and Maintenance:
- Monitor and manage the status of IT devices such as computers, printers, and network equipment.
- Plan to perform regular maintenance.
4. Installation and Configuration:
- Install and configure IT infrastructure. Install software for users.
- Support during system deployment and updates.
5. Information Security:
- Ensure that basic information security measures are implemented and maintained.
- Implement security measures such as updating passwords and managing access rights.
Candidate requirements
- Have at least 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Degree in IT related field or equivalent experience.
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating system, network connection setup and office applications.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting software applications, especially web applications and enterprise software.
- Experience working in a multi-branch environment.
- Good communication skills, good coordination with departments to solve problems.
- Preferred: Knowledge of ERP, CRM or other enterprise applications. Basic knowledge of programming languages and databases.
