Technical support:
• Troubleshooting problems related to computers, software, network equipment, and transmission lines: Regularly monitor and check systems and equipment, as well as plan maintenance and quick fixes if problems occur.
• Track and manage the company's technology assets (computers, servers, network equipment).
• Plan hardware, software and system upgrades as needed.
• Report and propose solutions to improve the operational efficiency of information technology systems.
• Graduated from university/college majoring in IT or equivalent.
• Have practical experience in installing and managing web server/ database server/ cloud server systems... on Linux/BSD/... OS platforms.
• Proficiency in SSH shell, bash scripting,... is a strong advantage. Experience working with SuSE Linux is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of virtualization systems, Cloud Computing, Mail, CDN, SDS, Load Balancing, HA... is a priority advantage.
• Experience using Public cloud such as AWS, GoogleCloud, Rackspace, DO ... is a priority advantage.
• Ability to work as a team, communicate (chat in English), analyze and solve problems well
• Experience in CI/CD (Gitlab, Jenkin...) is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Docker
• Good communication skills, able to work independently and in a team.
