Job Description

Job duties
• Participate in developing web/apps using Java and related technologies
• Design, build and maintain Java web/app according to customer requirements
• Optimize web/app performance and scalability
• Participate in requirements analysis and system design
• Work closely with the team to ensure quality work
• Manage a team of programmers in a project
• Develop, monitor and supervise programming plans in the project

Candidate requirements
• 5+ years of Java experience
• Experienced in leading team
• Experienced with frameworks Spring Boot, MyBatis, thymeleaf
• Experience in reading design documents and performing Unit tests
• Priority is given to those with experience working on projects with Japanese customers.
• Have team management skills
• Have reporting and synthesis skills on technology
