Be a key person in building all stages of the product development life cycle

New product development

Troubleshoot UI/UX issues and suggest improvements

Execute/lead work, tasks and deliverables in terms of functionality, quality standards and project schedule.

Other tasks assigned by direct manager

Support team members of Vietnam development project

Understand the content of the question/issue to be discussed and respond in an easy-to-understand manner.

In case a decision cannot be made, the content will be reviewed and discussed with Japanese members to try to resolve the issue.

Improvement activities to improve productivity/quality/development efficiency/technical capacity in the subsidiary in Vietnam.
Development environment:

• Using: React, Next.js, Vue.js
• Source-code management: Github
• Project Management: Backlog, Trello
• Test: Unit Test, UI Test, Automation Test
• CI:Github Action
• Infrastructure: AWS or GCP
• Internal communication: Chatwork, Slack

Candidate requirements

Required Skills/Experience

• At least 2 years of experience with ReactJS, NextJS
• Experienced in Typescript, HTML5, Tailwind CSS.
• Ability to design web architecture (micro frontend, mono repo,...)
• Know or have experience optimizing performance for Web apps.
• Build SEO standard website.
