Develop ERP projects for Japanese businesses, working directly with end-users.
Discuss with BA and customer to understand system specifications and deadlines
Analyze requirements and design features, write flow specification documents to receive reviews
Get feedback from tech leaders to improve and enhance design skills
Test what you have done yourself before handing it over to the tester (If you are not able to test yourself, you are not really a coder, and it will be difficult for you to integrate into the company environment)
Candidate requirements
Experience in developing projects using .Net for at least 1 year
Enthusiastic, love the products I create, always looking for ways to make the products better and more suitable for customers.
Have the will to improve and always want to advance and develop yourself.
Interest
100% of the project is working with end-users, so you will learn how to create a digital transformation product that has real value for the business, understand real software operations, and receive feedback from customers to improve software quality.
