Research and analyze documents describing system functions.

Receiving requests from users, being able to analyze user requests is an advantage
Ability to synthesize requirements and write requirements description documents
Conduct customer acceptance and user training.
Guide, support customers, support implementation, build training materials and train according to training purposes and needs.
Report work according to project regulations to relevant managers/departments.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Candidate requirements
Experience in supporting software deployment is an advantage
Qualification: University or college graduate, majoring in Information Technology, Telecommunications or related majors is an advantage.
Have good independent and teamwork skills.
Dynamic, creative, capable of self-study.
Have good problem solving skills.
Good planning skills.
Ability to analyze and understand requirements.
Master the software support and deployment process
Have reporting skills.
Experience working with ERP software is an advantage
Experience in software testing is an advantage
