-Manage and troubleshoot network systems, office computers, telephone systems and company email systems.
- Solve daily problems, incidents arising with server, PCS, network
-Manage system settings (LAN, server, client, internet, fax, printer, scanner)
-Statistics database of IT devices/PCS/Laptops
-Install software systems (operating systems, application software) for servers & client computers
-Ensure security mode, avoid viruses
- Troubleshoot computer problems (software, hardware)
-Manage, maintain and distribute office IT equipment
- Propose and participate in software and IT development projects for departments.
-Responsible for checking, maintaining and servicing refrigeration and cooling systems
-Other tasks as required by TP.TCNS
- Qualification: University graduate majoring in Information Technology, Network Administration or related fields.

- Experience in similar position from 3 years or more.
- Have in-depth knowledge of software and IT solutions applied in business, production and services.
- Understanding of methods and troubleshooting of network, software and hardware.
