Job description

• Participate in installing the company's application software, management, and machinery.
• Handle problems with the company's internal network (wifi, lan, internet,....)
• Ensure security and privacy for the company's email system.
• Install network workstations and necessary peripheral devices for offices and labs at affiliated units
• Ensure computer hardware such as hard drives, mice, keyboards, connection devices such as TVs, projectors... at the office and assigned units operate normally.
• Check, diagnose and fix problems (repair or replace components, debug...) at offices and affiliated units assigned to manage.
• Do other related work as requested by superiors
• Coordinate with department staff and professional departments to support the use, maintenance and development of software
• Tool management: equipment purchase/repair/return operation system, IT asset management

Candidate requirements

-Experience in managing tools or OA (software)

-Can communicate in basic or fluent Chinese
