Job Description

• Identify, diagnose and resolve problems with user requests (PC, phone, email, internet, printer, projector...)
• Ensure and maintain information technology systems at the Office.
• Plan and recommend to ensure wifi at events operates smoothly and stably
• Know how to use LED display software like Vmix.
• IT equipment management: installation/recall/transfer of equipment to employees and asset inventory.
• Participate in management and technical support for the company's website system.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve IT related issues.
• Report and perform other duties as directed by management.

Candidate requirements

• Male aged 25 years old with good health.
• At least 1 year of experience; knowledge of network, computer, hardware, software administration
• College degree in Information Technology or higher.
• Experience in HelpDesk position is an advantage.
• Willing to go on business trips to the province
• Dynamic, hard-working, honest, able to withstand work pressure
