Job Description

-Install and maintain network and technology equipment in the company (modem, computer, printer, photocopier...).

-Manage the company's information technology and technology equipment.

- Monitor and respond promptly to all IT incident related requests from end users.

- Computer system administration, configuration installation and maintenance, upgrade Laptop/PC software, support company employees to use effectively.

-Manage the Company's website system and branches, social networking channels.

-Manage the company's camera system and branches.

-Set up online meeting rooms between the Board of Directors and branches when requested.

-Payment procedures for service renewal: web, email, domain name,

-Create and manage fingerprints for new employees, configure timekeeping machines.

-Manage email system and business software.

-Build and set up internal network system for the company.

- Manage Server system, IT equipment, LAN/WAN network system, data backup system, serving all communication activities of the company.

- Plan/propose maintenance and upgrade plans for systems and equipment periodically or according to the company's development requirements.

-Test, diagnose and troubleshoot system problems.

-Responsible for implementing information security and safety, network security across the entire company system: LAN (internal network), Wifi (wireless network), WAN (wide area network), servers, workstations including desktops and laptops, firewalls...

- Monitor and report unusual cases, promptly detect and prevent illegal intrusions and attacks inside and outside the company's system.

-Administrative support for management, maintenance, and replacement of office equipment assets.

-Daily reports from the company's business software.

-Support Marketing in some company projects.

-Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Candidate requirements

Education and experience:

- Graduated from University or higher in IT, Applied Mathematics or related degree.

-Experienced in network administration, server system administration.

-Experience with computer hardware.

-Understanding of network and data security principles.

-At least 02 years experience in the field.
