Job Description

Install workstations in the network and necessary peripherals (such as routers, printers, photocopiers...).

Make sure computer hardware such as HDD, mouse, keyboard... are working properly.

Install and configure the appropriate version according to specifications.

Build and maintain local area networks for optimal performance.

Ensure security and privacy for network and computer systems.

Provide orientation and guidance to users on how new software and computer equipment work.

Arrange and schedule system upgrades and maintenance without affecting the work progress of other employees in the company.

Test, diagnose and troubleshoot (repair or replace components, debug...).

Record equipment repair and maintenance logs as required.

Track computer and network equipment inventory and order when needed.

Can renovate and maintain company website

Candidate requirements

Have experience working as an IT staff or related position.

Problem solving and diagnostic skills.

Good communication skills.

Work organization and time management skills.

Extensive knowledge of computer systems and networks.

Understanding of network and data security principles.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Applied Mathematics or related field.
