Job Description
- Responsible for recruiting, supervising, appraising, developing and managing the performance of employees working within the team
- Develop and maintain project management methodology including documentation templates, defining project phases, reporting and planning for successful project delivery.)
- Responsible for maintaining oversight of all projects under management, providing reports to the Vice President of IT
- Business process improvement
- Work onsite at the Q7 Company's client office, Phu My Hung building and combine hybrid work.
Candidate requirements
- Graduated in Information Technology
- At least 2 years of experience as Scrum Master/Project Manager/BA Lead/QC Lead
- Experience in team management and staff development
- Good English communication.
