Job description

Facilitate Scrum Events :

• Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure all Scrum ceremonies are productive and within time constraints.

Guide Agile Practices :

• Coach the team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and transparency.

Remove Impediments :

• Identify and address blockers that hinder the team's progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Team Support & Development :

• Encourage team ownership, accountability, and empowerment.
• Foster an environment of trust and continuous learning.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

• Serve as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders.
• Ensure that stakeholder expectations are managed and priorities are aligned.

Metrics and Reporting :

• Track and report team progress using tools such as burn-down charts, velocity charts, and dashboards.
• Analyze and communicate insights to improve team performance.

Continuous Improvement :

• Facilitate process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help teams implement changes to enhance productivity and product quality.

Your skills and experience

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience :
  • 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments with distributed teams.
• Certifications (preferred):
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certifications.

Skills & Competencies:

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex situations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams (eg, SAFe, LeSS).
• Background in software development or product management.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
