Job Description

1. Propose requirements to review and analyze software system specification documents, prepare test scenarios to check interfaces and functions to ensure proper business and requirements.
2. Analyze test results for usability, along with errors and database impact.
3. Perform software functional testing (manual and automated) and detect potential issues as requested by management.
4. Report errors, problems encountered during software testing, analyze results and send back to programming team, accept and confirm resolved errors.
5. Perform non-functional testing: security testing, performance testing...
6. Perform application/software functional acceptance, prevent possible errors, ensure standards before handing over to consumers.
7. Research, analyze requirements, proposals, business and feature specifications, design documents.
8. Participate in supporting, installing, training, and providing instructions for users of software developed by the Technology sector.
9. Report to managers and project administrators about system status and problems in testing process.
10. Perform other administrative tasks of the Department.
11. Perform other tasks as required by the Manager and Board of Directors.

Candidate requirements

1. Graduated from university or college with majors in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems and Economic Informatics
2. Have basic knowledge of SQL, SQL Server, mySQL, Oracle databases
3. Knowing how to use project tracking and issue management applications such as Redmine, Jira, Excel is an advantage.
4. Good English reading comprehension skills are an advantage.
5. Have good analytical and problem solving skills
6. Have good time management skills
7. Have good teamwork and communication skills
8. Knowing how to use popular automation test tools and performance test tools on the market such as Jmeter, Selenium, SOAPUI is an advantage.
9. Experience writing test scripts is a plus.
10. Priority is given to those with 1 year or more of experience, having worked on projects related to the medical field and digital medical services, experience in automation testing is an advantage.
