Job Description

• Manage and coordinate team work
• Building process improvements for the Testing department
• Support and answer questions about expertise, professional issues, arising situations... for members in the department.
• Participate in testing the company's software projects as a Tester or Test Leader depending on the project size.
• Test planning and test scenarios, test data preparation
• Manage, analyze test results and report test results
• Coordinate with other departments of the company to ensure project quality
• Communicate content and support project members
• Software quality testing, product acceptance before transfer
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Department Head/Leader

Job Requirements

Candidate requirements

• Graduated in information technology or technical field.
• Have at least 3 years of experience working as a Senior Tester, and more than 1 year of experience as a Test leader in a team of 6 or more people
• Have IT knowledge to understand technical design and specifications, software application systems, programming languages.
• Understand the software development process
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in the Fintech field.
