Job Description

    • College/University degree in marketing, communication, journalism...
    • At least 1 year of experience in the field of marketing
    • Knowledge of Twitter + Telegram and best practices for marketing and engagement.
    • Experience in running ads on Facebook and Google is required, experience with analytical platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, BM, Data studio.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changes and willingness to experiment with new methods
    • Passionate about branding, building community, driving engagement, and cultivating a positive online environment.
    • Writing skills in English, ability to engage and inspire a diverse community is a plus.
    • Understanding and having passion for Blockchain, Crypto is a great advantage
    APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
    1. Social Media:
    • Together with the team, develop a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with the project's goals and objectives.
    • Build specific strategies to increase engagement, followers, brand awareness on Twitter + Telegram.
    • Create daily, weekly and monthly content plans that align with social media strategy, ensuring consistent and high-quality content.
    • In collaboration with a graphic designer, create engaging and engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, to engage our target audience and drive engagement.
    2. Events and Campaigns:
    • Collaborate with other teams to plan, organize and execute marketing campaigns, giveaways, and contests to drive project engagement.
    • Actively reach out and form partnerships with influencers, partners and ambassadors to expand the project's reach and build relationships with key stakeholders.
    3. Community Management:
    • Act as a liaison between the community and the project team, gathering feedback, suggestions, and insights from the community and communicating them effectively to stakeholders.
    • Implement strategies to attract and refer new community members, both within the existing crypto community and beyond.
    • Use community feedback to identify ideas, trends, and opportunities for improvement that contribute to the overall success of the project.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changes and willingness to experiment with new methods
