Full job description
1) Operation and maintenance:
- Directly manage and operate, ensuring stability and smooth operation of the systems:
- WAN – LAN, Wifi network system.
- Camera systems
- Participate in planning the development & optimization of the above systems.
- Deployment & maintenance/troubleshooting of related problems.
- Coordinate with system specialists to ensure system safety & security
2) Helpdesk:
- Receive user problems that need support
- Perform user support according to the support process.
- Update log file of all problems and solution details
- Providing and recovering information technology resources: computers, domain accounts, emails...
- Analyze and propose solutions to improve user support services.
3) Other tasks:
- Support the work of the IT Department when required.
- Operate and monitor the operations of Printer, Photocopy, Scanner,...
- Maintain contact with suppliers and ensure the best help in daily operations.
- Complete and store equipment records of the Information Technology department.
- Support the activities of other Departments/Divisions when required.
- Carry out common company projects.
Job requirements
- Male from 22 years old
- Graduated from college or higher majoring in information technology.
- Technical understanding and practical experience in Networking (LAN, WAN).
- Understanding of workstation hardware and network equipment.
- Able to fix problems on PCs, laptops, telephone switchboards, cameras, recorders, and timekeepers
- Proficient in office.
- Have knowledge and experience in user support (user helpdesk)
