I/ Job Description:
• Learn and study the features and technical factors of hardware products, software, solutions of companies related to the system (Server, Storage, Microsoft, Linux, Unix...) that the company is the supplier representative to serve the service implementation.
• Building solution packages, consulting services, design - deployment - maintenance, warranty information systems to provide to organizations and businesses (especially specializing in Network/Security).
• Research and test new technologies; solution packaging, training and technology transfer for related technical departments in the company.
• Participating in surveys and identifying system problems of customers. Consulting and designing information technology infrastructure solutions/services (network construction/upgrade).
• Directly participating in the implementation of a number of important or complex projects and contracts. Support other technical departments to fix problems during service implementation. Can take on the role of project manager (depending on the actual situation).
• Prepare technical documents of the project and hand it over to stakeholders (customers, warranty,...). Work with subcontractors on technical requirements to be implemented in the project.
• Participate in training, user manual for customers. Participate in project acceptance.
II/ Requirements:
• Graduated from University, College in IT, Electronics and Telecommunications,…
• Have at least 5 years of experience working in the field of IT services and at least 2 years of experience in designing, implementing, troubleshooting and troubleshooting network systems.
• Have professional certifications equivalent to CCNA, CCDA, CCIF, CCNP Routing & Switching, CCNP Security & Voice. Preference will be given to candidates with CCIE certification.
• Experience in consulting, designing, implementing solutions and services on network and security systems (related to Routing, Switching, Security, Wireless, WAN, Core IO, OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, VSS) , Stackwise, vPC, CUCM 9.x, CCX, Jabber, …
• Good English, able to present and answer questions or negotiate technical issues during project implementation and management.
