Vị trí này tập trung vào việc thiết kế và triển khai mã code có mục đích, có khả năng mở rộng, dễ đọc và phù hợp với các phương pháp hay nhất của ngành, đồng thời thực hiện kiểm soát chất lượng toàn bộ vòng đời sản phẩm.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

• Designing and implementing code that is fit for purpose, scalable, human-readable, and in line with industry best practice.
• Quality control of the entire product lifecycle by testing intuitiveness, user experience, and debugging where necessary.
• Communicating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and interpreting that into the required changes to the platform where necessary.
• Liaising with other developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features and create relevant prototypes for new product ideas.
• Deploying production code.
• Communicating the effectiveness of emerging technologies to decision-makers.
• Working on full production cycles from brainstorming and rapid prototyping to developing fully fledged systems and fine-tuning mechanics, as well as stress testing and bug fixing.
• Developing innovative gameplay, AI, physics, UI, vehicles, weapons, and character controls.
• Solving technical problems with simple, efficient, and creative code.
• Helping ship game projects across multiple platforms on Web, iOS and Android.
• Providing feedback and advice to junior team members.
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

YÊU CẦU:

• 4+ years of experience with game engines such as Unity, Pixi, Defold, Godot...
• Experience working with native Android and iOS is a big plus.
• History of working within rapid prototyping environments, such as game jams.
• Passion for video games, films, and other creative mediums.
• Knowing how to use git to collaborate with other teammates, understanding and applying Git Standards is a must.
• Experience with remote config, dynamic assets loading.
• Have knowledge of optimizing games.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with teammates.
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn new software/processes.
• Flexibility on working hours if required in the light of ad-hoc business demands.
• Able to use initiative and remain self-motivated.
• Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Maintaining confidentiality/discretion where required.
