JOB DETAILS:
The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. This role involves conducting market research, reaching out to prospective customers, and supporting the business development team in achieving sales and revenue goals. The representative plays a key role in driving customer engagement and supporting long-term business growth.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets for business development opportunities.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social media to engage with potential clients and introduce the club's offerings.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings between potential clients and the Business Development Manager or Assistant Business Development Manager.
- Maintain a detailed database of potential clients and follow up regularly to nurture relationships.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials for client meetings.
- Support the execution of business development strategies by contributing to marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with promotional activities.
- Attend networking events, conferences, or meetings to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics related to business development efforts.
REQUEST:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with potential clients.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.
