Job Description

- Job details:

Seeking potential clients related to beauty - cosmetics, cosmetic manufacturing, and dietary supplements.

- Acquire and nurture customers based on company data.

- Meeting and engaging with customers

- Resolving customer issues arising during the manufacturing process at the Group.

- Collaborate with managers and directors to develop direction and strategies for each stage of the business.

- Advise and gather customer information to close sales.

- Send samples to customers and report feedback.

- Prepare quotations to send to customers.

- Agree on terms and sign the contract with the client.

- Order management

- Working hours: Morning (8:30 AM - 11:30 AM), afternoon (1:30 PM - 5:00 PM) - Working just over 6 hours/day

Days off include Sundays and public holidays, and one day of leave per month.

- Job requirements:

Graduated from university or college in related fields.

- Understanding of the industry and business field, customer service.

- Enthusiastic, energetic, presentable, quick-witted, and possesses good communication skills.

- Having more than 6 months of business experience in any industry is an advantage.

- Passionate and committed to working with the corporation.

- Gender: Not required.

- Having transportation, a smartphone, knowing how to use Facebook and Zalo, and being proficient in Excel and Google Sheets are advantages.

- Benefits received:

Minimum base salary of 6-9 million VND/month. No sales targets required for the first 3 months.

- Probation period of up to 1 month. High commission bonus (3-5 times the base salary) based on total revenue.

Average income ranges from 12 to 40 million VND per month, depending on ability, with no income limit if sales are high.

- KPI bonuses are awarded every 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year if targets and project plans are met.
