- Job details:
A. Content Performance segment (80%)
- Content production for advertising: Facebook, Google, TikTok... in collaboration with Ads specialists to boost campaigns.
- Building Landing Pages/Sales Pages: Structuring content and writing copywriting for landing pages with a clear conversion rate optimization mindset.
- A/B Testing: Actively create multiple content variations (Headline, Hook, Call-to-Action) for continuous testing to find the cheapest and most effective content template.
- Data Coordination & Analysis: Read daily reports from the Ads team (CTR, CPL, CR) to adjust scenarios.
B. Website Management & SEO (20%)
- Website content updates: Write and publish approximately 1-2 blog posts per week based on topics of interest to clients.
- Basic on-page optimization: Ensure that articles on the website follow SEO standards (including title, meta description, proper H1 and H2 tag placement, and internal links).
- Update product information and promotions on the website.
- Job requirements:
- Experience: 2 years of experience in Content Performance and Copywriting, particularly strong in ad content creation.
- Write effective sales copy, understand customer insights, and grasp closing behavior.
- Possesses a keen data-driven mindset and a deep understanding of the marketing funnel.
- Advantages: Basic knowledge of on-page SEO and how to post content to websites (WordPress, Haravan, etc.). Technical SEO expertise is not required.
- Benefits received:
- Salary: 11,000,000 - 13,000,000 VND (gross) + Allowances + Performance Bonus (Based on CPL or revenue from Ad campaigns).
- Working with a highly skilled Ads team and a Design/Video team to provide visual support.
- Full social insurance coverage will be provided after becoming a permanent employee.
- 13th-month salary (depending on work performance and company financial situation).
