    Job Description

    1. Mission:
    • Receive invoices and complete documents as requested.
    • Deliver goods, documents and records according to the assigned schedule, at the request of the production and business departments and the Head of Department.
    • Check goods and documents, then sign the delivery note and delivery book (if any).
    • Record the full name of the goods, quantity, place of delivery, place of receipt, and deadline in the delivery book.
    • Store and transport goods and documents carefully. During the process of delivering, carrying and carrying goods, be careful to avoid breakage, tears, holes, etc
    • Deliver all goods and documents to the recipient, then ask to sign your delivery book.
    • Timely information to relevant departments ensures goods and documents are delivered fully and on time.
    • Prepare a delivery and receipt book including the following contents: date, goods - documents, place of delivery, place of receipt, deadline, the recipient signs the Head of Purchasing Department on issues arising in the transportation of documents and goods, please resolution comments.
    • Take full responsibility for the goods from receipt until delivery, except in cases of force majeure.
    • Perform other tasks assigned by the Supply Manager.
    1. Standard:
    • Skills: Good communication skills. Ability to write clearly and cleanly.
    • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a freight forwarding position.
    • Personal qualities: Agile style. Have good health. Honest and careful.
