JOB DETAILS: This position is responsible for developing construction plans, urban and rural planning, as well as detailed and zoning plans. Candidates will participate in analyzing the current situation, defining spatial development directions, and appraising plans at government agencies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop construction plans and urban/rural planning.
- Prepare detailed planning and zoning plans.
- Analyzing the current situation and outlining spatial development directions.
- Participate in the planning review process at government agencies.
REQUEST:- Graduated from university with a major in Irrigation, Bridge and Road Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage, Construction, Urban Planning, or Geology.
- Preference will be given to candidates with 25 years of experience (recent graduates with potential are also accepted).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, SAP2000/Etabs, Excel, and cost estimation software.
- Possesses a sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team.
- I wish to settle down in Gia Lai (formerly Binh Dinh) for the long term.
