Job Description

Receive and process ice delivery orders from sales department or customers.
Plan and coordinate delivery vehicles according to appropriate routes, areas, and times.
Assign drivers and delivery staff according to specific schedules, optimizing costs and delivery times.
Track delivery to ensure on-time, correct quantity and quality ice.
Resolve problems arising during delivery (late delivery, missing items, customer changes schedule).
Coordinate with warehouse and production to ensure goods are always ready according to delivery schedule.
Update delivery information on the system or report daily to management.
Manage and store delivery documents: warehouse delivery notes, delivery receipts, invoices
Propose improvements to the delivery process to increase work efficiency.

Job requirements:

Qualification: High school graduate or higher (priority given to those with experience in operations)

Experience: Priority given to candidates with experience in delivery coordination, especially in the ice or fresh food industry.

Skill:

Proficient in using phone, basic computer (Excel, Google Maps).
Good organizational, time management and problem solving skills.
Communicate clearly, listen well and work well in a team.

Personality: Honest, responsible, able to withstand work pressure.

Interest:

Basic salary: 8,000,000 - 10,000,000 VND
Bonus based on work performance or delivery productivity.
Lunch/gas allowance (if any).
Training provided if no experience.
