Job Description

Development of Household and Agents.
Care and maintenance of business households and agents.
Spread, motivate, encourage VCC employees to increase sales.
Training on product knowledge, policies, sales implementation methods and VCC activities to support business owners and sales staff.
Training and guiding business development skills for district/county center level business force

Candidate requirements

University degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
Specializing in business, economics, business administration.
Proficient in job-related software
Experience in building and developing Household Business channels (priority in industrial and fast-moving consumer goods industries).
Experienced in sales management and related products deployed by the Corporation.
Age not over 28
Experienced candidates preferred

Income

Income when reaching 100% KPI: Negotiable
Fixed salary depends on sales

Income: From 8,000,000 and up
