- Probation: 10,000,000 VND + allowance + sales commission.

Work content:
- Search and exploit as potential customers:
+ Exploiting and searching for customer information from many different channels.
+ Use Email Marketing to send information about new products/services for customers to refer to or answer customer questions when there is a response email.
+ Directly contact potential customers from the company's data system or automatic search list.
+ Implement documents and procedures for signing contracts with customers who agree to purchase products and services.
- Customer care
+ Actively contact customers who are using products and services to understand the situation and develop good relationships with customers.
+ Quickly answer questions and confusion from customers and provide timely solutions.
+ Complete procedures for signing new contracts with old customers who continue to use products and services.
+ Actively provide information about incentives and promotions to old customers so that they can refer back and continue to use products and services.
- Contract implementation:
+ Monitoring the contract implementation process, monitoring service quality.
+ Quickly coordinate with related departments to solve time and effectively problems arising in the process of using customers' products and services.
- Other jobs:
+ Follow up the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department to do the work.
+ Participate in training courses to improve skills when facilitated by the company
+ Make periodic or arising work reports.
