Job Description

Job description

Use financial knowledge and skills to remind debt, advise and provide information about customers' loans.
Instructing and persuading customers to fulfill their obligations to pay backlogged loans in accordance with regulations.
Report customer contact status and debt collection results at the end of each day.
Support and answer customer inquiries.
Searching for information of evasive customers and convincing customers to pay
Analyze for customers the bad cases that can happen to the customer if the customer is late and avoids.
Listen to share and find ways to help customers pay.
Perform other tasks as requested by superiors;

Job requirements:

Working time: 06 days/week, according to office hours from 08am - 5pm
Educational Qualification: Graduated from High School or higher (Graduate in Finance - Banking is preferred)
Good problem solving and persuasion skills.
Skills in using office computers and email at work.
Dynamic, hard-working, with good communication skills over the phone.
Working place: Tran Xuan Soan Street, District 7, City. Ho Chi Minh
