JOB DESCRIPTION

For Marketing Manager candidates:

Develop and implement a Digital Marketing plan to promote company brand promotion.
Control, creative direction, management of design and production implementation for creative designs, creative messages and brand images on marketing and internal communication tools.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, Youtube, Zalo, SMS, Email MKT, Tiktok...
Regularly update and analyze market information, products, Digital Marketing and Social Media campaigns of competitors.
Monitor, measure and optimize indicators of owned distribution channels (SEO, Facebook, or Google Ads).
Have Content, Design, Video editing skills to produce campaigns according to the goals of the Management Board, deploy digital Ads campaigns - Facebook, Google, Youtube, according to structure.
Work with business location management (DKD) in declaring advertising costs, controlling costs, and reconciling with the finance and accounting department.
Combined with business registration management to update products on the website and take care of the website.
Perform other related tasks as requested by the Board of Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Priority is given to candidates majoring in Marketing and Communications
Experience: over 6 months in the field of Digital Marketing.
Have knowledge of advertising management systems Google, Facebook, Youtube,...
Ability to create content and grasp trends. Good content thinking in many formats: words, images, videos...
Able to take photos and record basic videos with a phone.
Have content writing skills.
Good ability to analyze and research information.
Skills to work independently and in groups.

OTHER INFORMATION

Working at Air Conditioning Office District 11, Ho Chi Minh City

Age: 24 – 35

Salary: 10 Million - 18 Million VND. (2-month probationary period 85% official salary)

Working hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday to Saturday (lunch break from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm).

Holidays and New Year days are off according to regulations

Commissions based on products and bonuses based on projects.
