Job Description

Support general administrative work: drafting documents, arranging appointments, receiving guests, managing documents, booking airline tickets, booking hotel rooms,
Prepare documents for foreign workers, handle work related to housing, banking, work permit, temporary residence card, visa
Translate Japanese-Vietnamese documents and interpret in meetings for the Board of Directors (if needed)
Office management, office cleaning management, property management;

Request

Female: 24 ~ 40 years old, Education level: College/University graduate, priority given to majors related to Office Administration, Human Resources, or Economics.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in work permits, visas, and temporary residence cards is an advantage.
Language: Japanese N2 or N3 good speaking. English is basic communication
Communication skills: Good communication skills, careful and friendly in contacting and processing information.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage work details, organize time and prioritize work effectively.
Proficient in office software: Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
Problem solving ability: Quick, flexible and proactive in handling arising problems.
Personal qualities: Careful, thoughtful, enthusiastic, highly responsible in work.
