Job Description

Participate in publishing and operating the Company's Online Game products.
Participate in testing and evaluation to find new potential products for the Company.
Plan operations and interact with partners to design ingame/outgame events to increase product revenue each month.
Analyze product data to guide product development.
Playtest and find errors, ensure product operation stability.
Report product performance periodically as required.
Analyze user behavior and product usage needs.
Customer support for products on community/operational tools.
Coordinate with other departments in work

Candidate requirements

Graduated from University/College
Have 6 months of working experience in similar positions in game publishing units in Vietnam
If the candidate has no experience, he/she needs to have game analysis thinking and play at least 3 game genres.
Honest, proactive, enthusiastic, creative in work and able to withstand high pressure
Ability to think logically with data/metrics.
Ability to express ideas and communicate effectively.
Flexible time frame depending on work.
Passionate and proficient in using online services (Social Networks, Forums, Social Games, Online Games)
Priority is given to candidates who are passionate about playing games such as MMORPG, Card Battle, General Card, Immortal, Swordplay... (Priority is given to Mobile games)
Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of trending movie/story/manga/anime IPs.
Priority is given to candidates with experience in game evaluation, updating game market trends, analyzing data related to users with different international interests and tastes.

Salary negotiable from 8-15 million depending on ability
