Job Description

- Management and optimization on trading floors.

- Manage and update products on the floor booth

- Join programs of e-commerce floor (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki)

- Check images, change content to suit the theme of the booth and each MKT campaign.

- Check status, process orders, customer complaints

- Implement in-floor advertising, ensure sales, increase revenue.

- Optimize the indicators in the shop to reach the best level (response rate, cancellations, refunds

- Planning and implementing the monthly plan, reporting the effective activities of each month.

- Coordinating to participate in promotional campaigns provided by BD/KAM.

- Proposing to join the exchange's exclusive programs with BD/KAM.

- Coordinate with other departments to implement business promotion and customer care programs.
