    Job Description

    • Call, text, care and advise potential students about courses.
    • Analyze needs and provide appropriate learning solutions.
    • Answer questions, provide detailed information about course content, lecturers, tuition fees, and promotions
    • Maintain relationships with students before, during and after the course.
    • Guide students to complete registration, payment, and class participation procedures.
    • Proactively approach and close sales with potential students according to assigned KPIs.
    • Report work results daily/weekly/monthly.
    • Work with marketing and training departments to update course information and student feedback.
    • Participate in internal training sessions to improve consulting skills and product knowledge.
