Plan and implement the school's human resources activities, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and compensation and benefits management.
Develop and implement human resource policies that align with the school's development strategy.
Manage personnel records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Organize activities to care for and boost employee morale.
Addressing issues related to labor relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Prepare regular reports on the personnel situation.
Collaborate with other departments within the school to resolve personnel-related issues.
Participate in developing and implementing training and capacity-building programs for employees.
Evaluate employee performance and suggest areas for improvement.
Managing the human resource budget and ensuring efficient use of human resources.
Administrative tasks:
Managing and overseeing administrative activities: procurement, maintenance, inventory of equipment and facilities;
Planning and managing the administrative budget, ensuring optimal use of human resources and assets.
Facilities and asset management;
Management of public order, security, and safety;
Tasks related to document archiving and security;
- Job requirements:
Graduated from university with a major in Human Resource Management or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in a human resources manager position or equivalent.
Extensive knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and related human resources policies.

Working hours: 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm, Monday to Friday, 8am-12pm on Saturday. Closed Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
