YÊU CẦU:

• At least 2 years of experience as a QA Manager in software development.
• Experience in standardization, create quality strategy and implement it.
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Have knowledge/experience in project management and smart Agile/waterfall process.
• Experience in training for developer/tester about QMS system.
• Graduated in IT.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Can speak Japanese.
• Have knowledge/experience in PM/PMO and smart Agile/waterfall process is advantage.
• Have CMMI (>= level3) or ISO (>knowledge is plus.
• Foreigner or Vietnamese.
