JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with practical experience in Agentic AI projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, along with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI solutions that exhibit autonomous decision-making capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI systems that can operate autonomously and make decisions based on real-time data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI systems, including architecture, algorithms, and processes.
• Mentor and guide team members in AI best practices and methodologies.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Agentic AI projects.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment of AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
