JOB SUMMARY:
This role serves as a bridge to facilitate offshore development projects, involving explaining development policies and specifications, detailed specification confirmation, and facilitating communication between Vietnamese and Japanese engineers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make a bridge to facilitate offshore development projects.
- Explanation of development policies and specifications to engineers.
- Detailed confirmation of specifications.
- Help with taking communication between Vietnamese engineers and Japanese engineers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Age: 25 -38.
- Must: Experience in working with software developers. Experience in being Project Manager. BrSE Experience from 2 years above.
- Japanese skill: Equivalent to N2 or N1.
- English skill: Basic ~ Pre-intermediate.
- Preferable: Experienced in team building.
- Recruitment Process: Test → 1st interview → Final interview → Offer.
