A. Main tasks • Schedule customers meeting to promote Company’s products and technical solutions. • Collaborate with Sales team and suppliers to provide the most optimal technical solution for designs. • Find out customers requires of designs or technical solutions. Support the Customers to design meet them requires. • Support to test and evaluate the Customers products to compare with specifications from the Manufacturer. • Attend supplier’s training courses; Implement technical instructions and technology transfer with customer’s technical teams as needed. B. Extra tasks • Coordinate with other departments to maximize jobs performance; • Review KPIs quarterly;
