JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a skilled developer to convert MetaTrader EAs (MQL4/MQL5) into cTrader cBots and support ongoing trading automation initiatives. This is not a one-off project. We are seeking someone who can work long-term on strategy development, optimization, tool integration, and system improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Convert MetaTrader EA logic (MQL4/MQL5) to functional cBots using C#
- Reproduce trading strategy behavior using cTrader Automate API
- Conduct backtests and debugging to ensure logic accuracy and performance
Additional Tasks (depending on skillset)
- Develop custom indicators for cTrader
- Integrate Telegram/Slack/email notifications for trade signals or risk alerts
- Implement risk control mechanisms (e.g., equity guards, dynamic lot sizing)
- Build simple dashboards for real-time trade monitoring and analytics
- Develop multi-account mirror trading systems (similar to simple MAM)
- Create webhook bridges (e.g., TradingView to cTrader trade execution)
- Connect cTrader bots with external APIs (e.g., Binance, Bybit)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience with C# and .NET
- Hands-on experience with cTrader Automate / cAlgo development
- Strong understanding of MQL4/MQL5 logic and MetaTrader structure
- Experience working with trading algorithms and API integrations
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality code on time
- Clear, responsive communication in English
Preferred Skills
- Experience in quantitative or algorithmic trading
- Familiarity with building desktop GUI tools using WPF or WinForms
- REST/WebSocket API integration experience
